As a Business Partner, if you like to join to any of programs which promote in Lotus Cart Network, just need to apply for them from your account in Programs section then if program promoters accept your membership, you can give offers to all members of those programs. To give offer to any programs which you applied, easily need to in add offer select that program in add offer form and then automatically will display that program name in your offer and that programs members know and will see. If any of programs promoters has any special rules and terms, they will contact you before active that program in your account otherwise you will get it soon and use it. As a Card Holder or Consumer, with your card or account, you are belong to at least one of programs which promote in Lotus Cart Network or main network and you can use all tools and most of offers and if you like to use any of the offers and they are belong to special program, you need to contact to Lotus Cart Network to how you can join to that program too.
