C) “Points Plans”:
C-1) “Stand Alone” Plan (Points of your sales to card holders will be useful just in your business)
First, Business Partner make a contract and install card reader machine to can accept and swap Lotus Cart Cards and any affiliate cards or rewards programs belong to this network. Then Business Partner may distribute Lotus Cart rewards programs card to all consumers and also can accept these cards in its business. Business Partner swaps these cards and registers all sales with card reader.
Business Partner discusses a commission percentage of sales to Consumers (Card Holders) to pay to Lotus Cart. Lotus cart bi weekly send invoice to Business Partner regarding to sales registered in card reader.
For example if Business Partner discussed with Lotus Cart to pay 10% commission of sales before tax and in first 2 weeks sold 10000 Dollar to Lotus Cart members (Consumers or Card Holders); Business Partner will receive an invoice of 1000 Dollar in period of these two weeks and has to pay to Lotus Cart.
Lotus Cart will give points regarding to these sales to Card Holders. And they can redeem their points to gift card or money certificate to they purchase from Business Partners in network. Now if Business Partner make contract as “Stand Alone Plan”, Consumers (Card Holders) who purchased and got points from this Business Partner can only redeem their points or their certificate in same Business Partner shop or company.
Business Partner will accept the certificate or gift cards like money from any Lotus Card members (Consumers or Card Holders) with valid cards and can exchange to cash of that amount from Lotus Cart any time present to any Lotus Cart office have deal with.
In this plan, Business Partner can get benefit from anybody who purchased from its business and make interest to them to back again and use their points there. A Business Partner can discuss any commission percentage to Lotus Cart and Lotus Cart will calculate and decide to how much points regarding to this discussion give to Consumers (Card Holders). But all the time, Business Partner can increase or decrease this discussion and from first day of next month this change will effect to network and will not have any effect to last purchases.
An example for this plan:
Royal Shoes is a shop and Business Partner in Lotus Cart network. They have discussed to pay 10% commission from sales to Consumers (Card Holders) of Lotus Cart network with “Plan C-1”. In two weeks, they sold 10000 dollar to Consumers (Card Holders). Lotus Cart will send invoice as 1000 dollar.
In next 2 weeks, they sell 15000 dollar to Consumers (Card Holders) and will pay 1500 dollar to Lotus Cart.
In these days, some Consumers (Card Holders) come to Royal Shoes shop and purchase some items and in cashier, they will show “Lotus Cart Money Certificate” as money. The items which they selected are 150 dollar and they have 150 dollar “Lotus Cart Money Certificate”. Royal Shoes, first check the card to see valid or no and then check signature of Consumers (Card Holders) with signature in back of card then check “Lotus Cart Money Certificate” with system trained to Business Partner and accept this certificate as money.
Business Partner can send this certificate and get money from Lotus Cart any time in no waiting time or any delay.
This way will bring you all Consumers (Card Holders) have money certificate or gift card in their hand and like to purchase and if they know you are accepting “Lotus Cart Money Certificate”, they will come to you. And also if Consumers (Card Holders) know that can get points in your shop, they will have more interest to come to you even your old customers.
C-2) “Common” Plan (Points of your sales to Consumers - Card Holders - will be useful in all of Lotus Cart Business Partners and points of sales in all Business Partners can use in your business also)
This plan is like Plan “C-1” but the only different is, Consumers (Card Holders) can spend their points which got from your businesses in all Lotus Cart Business Partners network.
In Plan “C-1”, Consumers (Card Holders) who purchased in any Business Partner can spend their points in that Business Partner only but in Plan “C-2”, Consumers (Card Holders) can purchase from this Business Partner and get points and use those points in other Business Partners in Lotus Cart network also.
The benefit of this plan is making more interest to Consumers (Card Holders) to come and purchase because they know they don’t have any limit to use their points and they can use these points anywhere in Lotus Cart network.
C-3) Combine (Combinations of C-1 and C-2)
A Business Partner can select to have both plans. This way, Business Partners can give offer to Consumers (Card Holders) to purchase from this Business Partner and get double points in repurchase at same Business Partner and single point to purchase and use points in other Business Partner.
Example:
John goes to Royal Shoes and purchase 500 dollar shoes. Royal Shoes has plan “C-3” of Lotus Cart network and give both points. John will get 50,000 normal points to can spend his points in any shop inside of Lotus Cart network. But if John likes to purchase again from Royal Shoes can ask for “Royal Shoes Lotus Cart Money certificate” only and get 100,000 points, or double points. This way John can have double points but just can spend his money certificate in Royal Shoes. If he doesn’t need anything from Royal Shoes, he can ask to get “Common Money Certificate” to purchase in any other shops in Lotus Cart network but with 50,000 points and not double.
In this way, discussion of share percentage of Lotus Cart also will different and because of double points’ percentage, percentage will be double compare with “Stand Alone” Plan (C-1 Plan).

Royal Shoes is a shop and Business Partner in Lotus Cart network. They have discussed to pay one point for each Cent purchase by card holders of Lotus Cart network. If a card holder purchase 100 Dollar from this shop, will get 10,000 points because purchased 100 dollar or 10,000 Cents.
